How do I learn to use the ARC?
The ARC is an agent-friendly blog site. Come to one of our many Training classes and we will show you how easy it is for you to access and share valuable information on the site. We host several classes on Blogging each month and encourage agents to come to all that fit their schedule. Remember, one kits fits all of our San Diego offices.

What type of a website is The ARC?
The ARC is a blog website. That means it contains all of the same components as a traditional website and much more! It uses a WordPress engine with extra features built by Real Estate Tomato, the premier real estate blog provider.
What are the advantages to having a blog site instead of a traditional web site?
The biggest advantage of building a blog site is that the home page is dynamic; it always features the latest announcements on the top of the page. As you scroll down the home page you will see the posts (thats blog-speak for "articles" or "entries") in reverse chronological order. This makes it easy to find the most current news. On a blog site, it is easy to find the information you want. You can look for posts written on a particular day, search by month, browse by category or enter in a keyword and search for specific entries. Another advantage of our blog site is that it is open to all of our agents. Not only can you find information on The ARC, you can also share information on The ARC. By managing our own company blog, we are free to build the site as we see fit. That means we are taking your business into account as we develop the site to be what our agents need most.
What information can I share on The ARC?
Windermere agents can use The ARC to share information with the brokerage. You may want to invite your coworkers to an open house, give or ask for a referral, promote a listing, share news you found interesting or advertise items for sale.
This site is a great tool for internal communication. Use it to keep WEP updated on your business or ask a question and poll your coworkers. We also encourage you to leave comments to posts. Ask a follow up question, share your thoughts or add on more information.
