Every year since 1984, Windermere associates have skipped work for a day to complete neighborhood improvement projects. That's nearly 9000 agents in 10 states, all taking a day off to give back. Were just like you; were active on neighborhood councils, ready to coach Little League, volunteering right next to you at the senior center. Because when it comes down to it, we live here, too--were your neighbors. That's why every time a Windermere sales associate sells a home, a portion of the commission goes to the Windermere Foundation, a non-profit organization established in 1989. One Key Fits Every Office At Windermere, one key will get you into every one of our North County offices. It doesn't matter where you choose to hang your license, we welcome you to come and visit us at any of our eight San Diego locations. Our offices are equipped with fully functional business centers, professional printers, wireless internet and conference rooms with plasma televisions. This makes it ultra convenient to meet clients who live out of your area, interact with your fellow agents and update your key card when you're on the go.
One great way to get used to this "multi-office" concept is by visiting another office for a training class. Once you see how you are welcomed in to every Windermere, you'll love the flexibility. Pretty soon you'll be reserving conference rooms, getting to know other managers and expanding your network.
