Windermere Exclusive Properties is locally owned and operated. The "hands-on" leadership gives a distinct advantage to our agents by having key decisions affecting sales and marketing made by local owners.

Steve Rodgers, President A proven leader in the Real Estate industry for nearly 20 years, Steve Rodgers currently serves as President and owner-partner of Windermere Exclusive Properties. In that capacity, he has charted a course of steady growth of the company brand. Prior to taking the reins at Windermere, Steve served as the President and CEO of Prudential California Realty, a division of Berkshire Hathaway affiliate Home Services America.

Mark Loscher, CEO A San Diego resident for more than 40 years, Mark received his early experience in real estate while serving on the San Marcos City Council from 1986 1994. Mark has personally sold land, commercial buildings, apartments and all types of residential dwellings. Mark co-founded Windermere San Diego in 2001.

Jim Browne, Broker of Record Jim has been involved in real estate since 1974, served as an Association of Realtors Director for nine year and is a past President of our local Association of Realtors. Jim is the principal broker for all eight Windermere San Diego offices and one of the original founders.

Eileen Schwartz, Director of Education Eileen is an academic leader in real estate. Rich Johnson, Director of Business Development Combining more than 25 years of real estate and financial services expertise, Rich has helped grow Windermeres operations exponentially.
